THE EVENT will have an indefinite capacity of participants for each city programmed by THE ORGANIZING COMPANY. The above does not prevent to be able to reduce said capacity according to the needs of the event to a certain number. The rights acquired in the purchase will have an expiration date once the EVENT ends.


In case of changes in dates and times programmed for THE EVENT, THE ORGANIZING COMPANY will give advance notice through the contact information provided by THE PARTICIPANT (S) at the time of purchase informing the reassignment with the new dates and schedules .

  • Each purchase will guarantee the entry of one (1) single person for the MEET AND GREET MALUMA FAME TOUR 2018 EVENT, making it clear that the purchase of the ticket does not include a ticket for the concert.
  • The printed confirmation of the payment is mandatory on the date, time and place of the EVENT. Otherwise, THE ORGANIZING COMPANY will not allow entry and its presentation will be subject to the expiration date of the ticket.
  • PARTICIPANTS must be over eighteen (18) years of age or accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • In case of damage and loss of the purchase coupon, THE ORGANIZING COMPANY will not be responsible, being THE PARTICIPANT (S) only responsible (s) of its care and surveillance.
  • THE PARTICIPANT (S) must be prior to the realization of the EVENT with at least THIRTY (30) minutes in advance of the scheduled time in the payment order.
  • There will be no refund or compensation of money when THE PARTICIPANT (S) does not arrive at the place and scheduled dates.
  • There will be no refund of money in the case of own error on the part of THE (PARTICIPANTS), except for failure in the system duly verified and analyzed by THE ORGANIZING COMPANY of the EVENT and the intermediary of payments.
  • There will be only refund and / or compensation of moneys in the cases expressly indicated in the law as force majeure and fortuitous event, adulteration and impersonation of information duly verified before the ORGANIZING COMPANY and the payment intermediary.

The value of the ticket will be the one that appears on the official page of THE ORGANIZING COMPANY, www.maluma.online and this will be invoiced in DOLLARS (US), at the exchange rate that is at the time and place of purchase. The PRICE of purchase may be modified by the ORGANIZER OF THE EVENT at the time you wish. ROYALTY WORLD INC S.A.S will not be responsible for payments made outside the platform intended for this purpose and that are not in the payment database with their respective consecutive purchase number.

The sale price includes early access to the site, personal photo, autographed poster and souvenirs of the artist. The value of the EVENT ticket “MEET AND GREET MALUMA FAME TOUR 2018” does not include the entrance to the concert, since from this moment THE PARTICIPANT (S) understands and accepts that the aforementioned events are totally independent, leaving Clear that for the purchase of the EVENT must have previously purchased the ticket for the concert.

Within the normal conditions it is established that the return of the money of a canceled event begins within eight (8) business days after the cancellation of the event has been announced.

When THE ORGANIZING COMPANY authorizes the reimbursement of a ticket, this value corresponds to the nominal value of the ticket; If it was a discount ticket, then the price paid will be refunded. Under no circumstances will the costs of the transaction or transportation be reimbursed.

The refund of the money will be made only to those people who have purchased the ticket through the official site of THE ORGANIZING COMPANY and that are announced on the website www.maluma.online. For no reason THE ORGANIZING COMPANY reimburse money from tickets purchased in places other than those announced on the official website. The refund of the money will be made in the same way as the ticket was paid, that is, if the ticket was paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be made to the same card.

THE ORGANIZING COMPANY will not be responsible for the interest generated in the credit cards, issuance expenses, travel expenses or other expenses in which the buyer / beneficiary or any other person incurs in relation to an event that has been canceled, postponed or modified.
